Refund and Returns Policy
At Aqib Javed Furniture, we are committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship. Since most of our furniture pieces are custom-made to your specifications, we handle returns and refunds with transparency and fairness.
1. Reporting Damages (Urgent)
We take every precaution to ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition. However, transit damage can occasionally occur.
- Immediate Inspection: Customers must inspect the furniture at the time of delivery.
- Timeline: Any damage must be reported immediately to the delivery team or within 24 hours of receipt by calling 0310-2908932.
- Proof: Please provide clear photos or videos of the damage to help us resolve the issue promptly.
2. 7-Day General Issue Window
For non-damage issues such as structural concerns or specification errors, you have 7 days from the delivery date to contact us. After 7 days, Aqib Javed Furniture will consider the delivery accepted and final.
3. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds based on “Change of Mind.” Since each piece is custom-built to order, we encourage customers to carefully verify dimensions, colors, and specifications before finalizing their purchase.
- Exceptional Cases: In specific situations, we may discuss an exchange or modification. The possibility and any associated service charges will depend entirely on the type of furniture and its current condition.
4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
The majority of furniture at Aqib Javed Furniture is custom-made to your exact requirements.
- Standard Rule: Custom orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Exceptions: In rare cases, we may agree to a return depending on the specific design. This must be discussed and agreed upon in writing between Aqib Javed Furniture and the customer on a case-by-case basis.
5. Return Shipping & Costs
- If a return is approved due to an error on our part (wrong item or manufacturing defect), Aqib Javed Furniture will handle the logistics and costs.
- If an exchange or return is granted as a courtesy (for change of mind or modification requests), the customer will be responsible for return transport costs to our workshop and any applicable restocking fees.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer within 7–10 working days after the item has been received and inspected at our workshop.
